Recruiting

Lets all work together to make this clan stronger by going out and recruiting good mature players. Make an effort to try and recruit someone the next time you are online. And tell them to come to the website and register.

so should we tell some one when we recruit some one????? or just do it if we think there good.

We dont want just anyone recruiting. But if your a captain or higher you were put there because we have known you for a while and trust your judgement. If below a captain then you need to talk to a captain or someone higher to get the player in. And more guys will start moving up in rank by bringing in some new guys and being active on the forums. Which is still a small problem.Because only about 10 to 12 of us are posting. Kinda hard for people to know what is going on with the clan if they arent checking the site.

Recruiting can be done by anyone, as long as the new recruit reports to one of the generals or myself, we will clear them if you belive they are a worthy player for the clan. Once a new member is cleared by one of us(generals or colonel) he/she is to report to the website and register in 48 hours, also they will have to put SDS or supream death squad somewhere in there profile so it is there for everyone to see. If a new member is recruited and cleared by only one general, its that generals job to notify the other generals and myself so they are no mix ups about who is in and who is not. Just to let everyone know we are looking for team players, communacation, constant gaming(at least online every other day), people who are involved who want to be involved with every aspect of the clan.
